Effective February 1, 2025, we are implementing changes to our new patient first visit protocol due to insurance policy mandates. Please note:
• Initial appointments will be consultation-only
• No testing will be conducted during the first visit
After the first visit, the provider will determine what tests will be performed at a subsequent visit.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we adapt to these new requirements.

ORAL IMMUNOTHERAPY (OIT)
Oral Immunotherapy (OIT): A Potential Treatment Option For some patients, oral immunotherapy (OIT) may be a viable treatment option. OIT involves gradually introducing increasing amounts of the allergen under strict medical supervision. The goal is to desensitize the immune system to the allergen, allowing for increased tolerance. It's important to note that OIT is not a cure and requires ongoing management.
